Can I enter a drawing more than one time?

Players are limited to one grand prize drawing entry per promotion home game. Players can only win one Lottery Cash prize per promotion home game.

Do I need to be a MyLotto Rewards member to participate?

Yes, if the player does not have a MyLotto Rewards account, they will be prompted to register. Upon registration and logging in, they will be able to enter their promotion code.

How can I see the number of entries that were submitted into the drawing?

Go to My Account page and click on the Drawing Entries page. You'll find all the details for each drawing you've entered, including drawing name, date entered and number of entries.

Can I mail my entries?

No, this promotion is limited to in-stadium fans at select Reds and Reds home games.

How do I participate in the Cash Catch Promotion?

A QR code will be displayed on the video board, followed by an animation of a player hitting 10 virtual balls into the outfield. Once the QR code is scanned and an email address is entered, fans 18+ are eligible to win by way of an interactive experience where the fan will attempt to “catch” a virtual ball in a mitt on their phone.

Questions about Winners

How will I be notified if I win the prize?

Winners will be presented with a screen announcing they have won $50 in lottery cash with a call to action to Claim My Prize. If the winner is already logged in to MyLotto Rewards in their mobile browser, they will automatically receive the prize.

Can I use my MyLotto Rewards account to log-in for this promotion?

Your login information will work across the entire Ohio Lottery site and mobile app.

What do I do if I cannot remember my password?

Click the “I forgot my password” link on the login page. Follow the steps and a temporary password will be emailed to your inbox. Use the temporary password to log into your MyLotto Rewards account. You can then change your password under your My Profile page.

How do I update my personal information that I submitted when I registered?

Click on MY ACCOUNT and select the My Profile option in the left-hand menu bar and make your changes.
