HOW IT WORKS:

  1. Attend a game on one of the scheduled Cash Catch promotion days.
    (See the schedule for the Cleveland Guardians and the Cincinnati Reds.)
  2. Scan the QR code on the centerfield scoreboard when the Cash Catch Challenge begins. You'll want your phone handy between the 3rd and 5th inning at Progressive Field and before the top of the 5th inning at Great American Ball Park.
  3. Follow the prompts on your phone that allow it to become your virtual baseball mitt. Then, look up, move your phone around to position the mitt on your screen and attempt to catch the virtual fly ball coming your way.
  4. The 10 lucky players who successfully catch a ball in each Cash Catch Challenge will see a screen with instructions on how to claim their $50 Lottery Cash prize. All other players will see a screen inviting them to enter the end-of-the-season Cash Catch prize drawing.
  5. All prize redemptions and drawings will be administered through MyLotto Rewards. If you're not already a member, you can sign up for free.
