NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
OHIO LOTTERY COMMISSION HEARING ON THE ADOPTION OF AMENDED ADMINISTRATIVE RULES.
 
Notice is hereby given that the Ohio Lottery Commission intends to adopt amended administrative rules in proposed form. A public hearing will be conducted on May 21, 2025, at the Frank J. Lausche building, 615 West Superior Avenue, 4th floor, Cleveland, Ohio 44113 at 9:30 A.M, in accordance with the Administrative Procedures Act, (Chapter 119, Ohio Revised Code). Any person affected by the proposed action may appear and be heard in person, by the person’s attorney, or both; may present the person’s position, arguments, or contentions, orally or in writing; offer and examine witnesses; and present evidence tending to show that the proposed rule, amendment, or revision, if adopted or effectuated will be unreasonable or unlawful.

Amended Rules:
The Amended Rules to be considered for adoption in proposed form, are Ohio Lottery Administrative Rules: 3770-6-02, 3770-6-05, 3770:1-9-954 + Appendix, 3770:2-1-01, 3770:2-1-02, and 3770:2-9-01.

These amended rules are related to procedures for accessing confidential personal information, restricting and logging access to confidential personal information in computerized personal information systems, Ohio Lottery game “Lucky for Life®”, Video Lottery authority and purpose, incorporation of by-laws, and severability.
